William Shakespeare knew he had a special gift the second he placed his first droplet of ink on paper. He was able to bring his imagination to life- literally. Whenever he wrote, a character would emerge from the paper and attach its soul to a host body that it saw fit. William was frightened at first, but developed his gift enough to bring characters upon characters to life. They were set to up never die, regenerating everytime their host died. But when one of his characters, Bassianus, died and didn’t regenerate during the first year of World War II, he started The Academy. The Academy was designed to experiment on his living characters to see if they were destined to die just like Bassianus. Now all of the characters are under the control of William Shakespeare and his scientists. They are starved, exhausted, and injured. But they are forbidden to leave. Most regret ever accepting the invitation while others feel safer than being out in the war…
