Icons - Your icon looks pretty cool. It got me attracted so it’s a good choice. 

Theme - When I first saw your theme I knew it was bio roleplay. I miss themes like this. I like it so you did a good job.

Colour scheme - You don’t quite have a colour scheme so I can’t rate you on this one. 

Graphics - Your title is apartments and you have picture of apartments as your graphic. Works for me. But maybe you could ask someone to do gif graphics for you to attract more people?

Navigation - Your navigation is really tidy and I really like it. 

Plot - It’s a really luxury plot and it’s placed in my favourite city on this world. Your plot looks interesting and it’s something that I would apply for. 

Application - Your application is really cool! You have interesting parts where roleplayer writes his application IC which is great! Really well done!

Rating: 9/10 and you’re one of those bio roleplays that I really like. Keep doing the great job!
