Time: 16:02 on the 14th of April 2513. Location: Tempus secured underground facility, New New York. Mission: Save the human race. 

You all know why you are here—we are in danger. The human race is dying out. What we once believed to be a gift is killing us. The powers you each have are the reason you are in this room; firstly, because they are killing you, but secondly, because they are going to save you. You have all been briefed, you know the mission. We know you are not soldiers, but you are all we have now. Time is running out. Good luck Project Tempus, our future is in your hands.
